What a lovely space, in a really nice location, quiet and surrounded by trees with a real countryside feel to it. Spotlessly clean, smelt beautiful. Bedding and towels lovely quality. Slept well , bed a little low for us bigger girls lol but very comfy as were the pillows. Bathroom was so modern and beautifully designed. Lots of complementary toiletries. I really liked that when we returned late after a concert, the pathway was really well lit to the room with motion sensors lighting which is to the rear of the house. We got an Uber to Leeds city centre which was around £10 I’m sure there is a bus too. It’s not far too Meanwood centre which has a good selection of shops and a Waitrose. I would definitely stay at Ferns place again it’s perfect x

Really peaceful area, easy to find with their clear instructions and was cosy and clean. Would stay again!!

A lovely place for an overnight stay with relaxing decor, a comfy bed and a great bathroom. Spacious, easy check in via lockbox and we were able to park on the drive which was really helpful. Coffee and tea facilities appreciated too.

Felt exactly like a nice hotel room even though it was originally a double garage. We'll happily park ourselves here next time we visit.
