Very enjoyable stay
All good
The location was excellent. The unit would benefit from better maintenance. The drain in the bathroom handbasin was blocked, the toilet seat was falling off and the mastic around the shower tray is mouldy.
Really enjoyed our stay, to be so close to the city centre was really convenient. Will definitely consider booking the same place in the future!
We were very close to the train station which is exactly what we wanted. The area felt safe to walk. The tourist sites are about a 10 minute walk away. York is small so you are close to everything no matter which part you are in. We arrive early and used the luggage storage at Micklegate News. It was close, cheap, and easy.
