房源的位置非常好，但需要注意，不要按照房源介绍页面的位置使用地图定位，请按照预定后收到的消息，先找到希尔顿酒店后就能顺利找到房源。我们在这里度过了愉快安逸的两天，唯一的遗憾是，我们预定的火车在入住时间前到达York，我们提前告知了房东公司询问是否能够提前入住，我们在提前3天和当天早上提问，客服只回复他们会确认，以至于我们到达时还没有得到明确的肯定或否定的答复，这是唯一的缺憾。幸运的是，在我们到达后留言，他们派出工作人员对房屋进行保洁，允许我们提前放置行李。

Many things we very good about the place-reasonable cost good access, clean, responses to booking good, but responses to on-site needs quite lacking! When they provide a highly inadequate amount of TP and then don’t get it there promptly, I find that extremely unacceptable. Another reviewer had the same complaint, so I was warned but still had to buy my own (fortunately I am able bodied and could walk 10 minutes each way to the store/AND it was open!) because of inefficienty in staff communication and procedures. Some things should be addressed immediately! Also, I asked about towels because the listing seemed to indicate there were none. I contacted the office, but the answer came too late-I had already borrowed, crammed it into impossibly full suitcases and brought some, finding out there were nice towels provided!! Details that can make ir break a stay.

Apartment has great amenities, great shower. Though this particular apartment was upstairs, I had to carry a large 28kg bag up the stairs on my own after a long day of travelling. Not ideal.
