El Mar, our modern 5 bed, 3 bath villa located in central Puerto del Carmen, next door to the exclusive 5-star Fariones Hotel Leisure Centre and Spa (complimentary access to pool and gym available on request), and steps away from La Playa Chica beach. A five-to-ten minute walk will take you to the Old Town or the New Town and promenade. With a range of bars and restaurants on its doorstep this property is in a perfect location to explore all that Puerto del Carmen has to offer. Entering through the front gate from the street onto the front patio area there is a terrace that is ideal for lounging in the sunshine with sunbeds and parasols, and a pool table. There is also a dining table that can seat 6 people. Accessing the Villa from the front patio area through triple sliding glass doors, you will enter an open-plan living space – living room, dining area and kitchen with triple sliding doors leading out to the rear terrace and BBQ area.
