The location was great, a two minute walk to the beach. The shuttle bus stops were also close and the pool was 30 seconds from the door. The property was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed. We had a couple of questions ahead of our check in and Ryan answered these promptly and clearly. We will definitely stay again.

Ryan was quick to respond answering questions and responding to our needs. The unit is very well-appointed, clean, comfortable and is in a very nice location within a beautiful condo complex at Runaway Bay. The owner has all the things needed for a great stay.

Our family truly enjoyed our stay in Unit 120 at Runaway Bay. The unit is private, yet just steps from the pool, (which was spectacular). The beach is across the street from the resort; about a 5 minute walk. Two parking passes were available, one for Unit 120 and one for a guest. Guest spaces were abundant when we were there in May/June. The unit itself was very clean and fully stocked with essentials for a comfortable stay. The owners completed a refurbishment a few years ago and did a great job opening up the available space and tastefully decorating. Note that there are two chairs and a small table on the screened lanai which we used for breakfast and coffee each morning. Beach chairs and floats were available in the utility room on the lanai. Bridge Street in Bradenton Beach is a 20 minute walk from the resort. It’s a great place to hang out in the evening! Lastly, Ryan was an excellent host. He was very responsive and helpful. Can’t wait to book another stay!!
