Perfectly position just 10 minutes from the centre of Wellington and 10 minutes from the rugged south coast. Three double bedrooms (with the master able to be split into two singles), this house has everything you will need for your Wellington stay. All bedrooms have electric heaters and a log burner in the living room keeps the house cozy throughout the colder months. Our character cottage is a typical New Zealand turn of the last century home. We have three generous sized double bedrooms, bathroom and fully equipped kitchen. High speed broadband and streaming TV channels including Netflix and Amazon Prime. We also have the sports channels on Sky TV.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Jo opened her home to us and was an amazing host. The house is beautiful and comfortable. The three bedrooms are great and all three had comfy beds. The views from both sides of the house are idyllic. The neighborhood was quiet but had some wonderful amenities including a delicious bakery just down the street and a grocery a short 20 min walk away. The bus into town was right down the street and easily accessible. Jo and John were very responsive hosts and very accommodating. Mostly we loved having a wonderful, comfy spot to hang out as a group. We cooked a meal one night and loved hanging in the living room watching the World Cup games and playing cards around the fireplace. Highly recommend and would come back. Thanks Jo and John!

Berhampore is perfectly situated halfway between the city and the South Coast. It is a quiet suburb, away from the main road next to the golf course and native bush. We are surrounded by beautiful walks, and have all day sun on the house. The village includes a bar, Italian delicatessen, the best French bakery in town, a cafe and a petrol station. We are a 5 minute drive from the local supermarket and liquor store.

出行信息

Hop on a bus into the city, just five minutes walk from the house. Buses are very regular and it takes 15 minutes to the city centre, and Sky Stadium is right next to the bus terminal at the end of the route (20 minutes from Berhampore). An Uber is $15-20 to the main attractions such as Te Papa - the national museum. A brisk walk will take you 30 minutes.
We are 12 minutes by car / Uber from the airport.
