An excellent apartment in a brilliant location. Spacious and well appointed, this has everything you’d need for a short or longer stay. We had requested the roll away bed and this was supplied readily and was very comfortable. Everything was very clean - there was a stain on the ceiling but we felt everything was hygienic. We would definitely stay there again. Our only issue was knowing where to find parking so it would be helpful to include some options in the listing.

Was overall a good stay - unfortunately had to wait for a staff member to come and open the door as the key wasn’t in the lockbox. Good location and able to walk everywhere. Does need maintenance (rust, broken handles, stained bedding etc)

My recent stay in this Wellington apartment was an absolute delight. Reminiscent of my college days in NYC, this top-floor gem offered a serene atmosphere with stunning views and impeccable hosting. The apartment’s large balcony provided a wonderful spot to enjoy the cityscape, and the rooms, each with its unique view, were cozy and tastefully decorated. The attention to detail in the check-in and check-out process was remarkable, especially given my tendency to ask questions before reading the guide. The apartment’s central location allowed me to explore Wellington effortlessly, from dining at local restaurants to strolling along the waterfront and visiting museums. This stay truly made my Wellington experience unforgettable. If you’re looking for a charming and convenient place to stay in the heart of the city, I highly recommend this apartment.

Really good location, right in centre of town. The directions to get to the apartment weren’t accurate. The entryway and elevator smells damp and mouldy. Unfortunately, we arrived to a house full of flies and had to purchase fly spray immediately. We also had to purchase spray n wipe and a cloth to wipe down kitchen before use. Thankfully we brought a sheet and laid it on the couch - couch is stained and filthy with gosh knows what! The bathroom needs a really good clean - we tried not to use it because of the black mould. The bathroom sink had pink bacteria around the plug hole. The mattress toppers were stained with yellow patches which we didn’t notice till after sleeping on the beds for two nights! The place is in desperate need of a deep clean and upgrading/maintenance. I would really appreciate a partial refund on this accommodation because it was so not worth what we paid for it. Location is really good and that’s pretty much all this place has going for it…
