Great place that is close to everything. If you're a light sleeper, it can be abit noisy from the town noise. Parking can be tricky, but enjoyed being in the cbd. Nice and clean space, lots of room. Thank you for your hospitality.

Enjoyed stay right in middle of Wellington town. Spacious apartment for good price would recommend

The location of the apartment was very convenient in terms of access to public transport and walkability. However the area is full of drunk people at night which make a lot of noise. We also had quite a few prank callers ringing our doorbell in the middle of the night. The hosts are very responsive, however they requested me to email them copies of my passport before they would send me the code for the key lock, which I found very strange. A call to Airbnb rectified this. Parts of the apartment are a little run down, especially the kitchen cabinetry. I also had the shower door fall off, however the host got this fixed the same day. While making the beds one morning we saw the state of the mattresses underneath the sheets which were pretty horrendous. All in all it was an ok stay for the money, but it certainly has room for improvement.
