Overall this was a great place to stay! I was in the area for a clinical rotation and this place was spacious and had all of the amenities that I needed. The area is quaint and there is a nice sidewalk to walk on that ends near the water. There are a lot of apartments near the area, and overall I felt safe staying alone. It was also nice to have 2 designated parking spots. About 15-20 min from downtown, depending on traffic. Ubers were cheap. Some traffic in the morning and evening, but that is everywhere in Charleston. The beds were VERY comfortable and clean. It was very nice to have a laundry room. The only complaint that I have was that the ceilings are peeling/cracked in multiple areas and the one in the laundry room leaks pretty heavily when it rains. I had to put a bucket underneath to prevent flooding. However, when it isn’t raining this isn’t much of an issue.

Kelly’s place is great! Clean and nicely decorated, centrally located around many fun and desirable places/things to do in Charleston. We thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay and would recommend to anyone looking to experience Charleston.

This was a very tidy and welcoming townhome. I love the amenities and the fact that if you walk down the street you are right in the middle of the Ashley Hall Planatation community with some historial landmarks and a beautiful walking trail.

Kelly and Jim are wonderful hosts! They respond you immediately. We loved this cozy and nice apartment. It was very clean and warm. We stayed with 3yo daughter and we all felt very comfortable. There was all you need to cook in the kitchen. The mattresses in the bedroom are so great! Thank you so much for such a nice staying!

It was a very cozy place with comfortable beds and extremely spacious. The host was very responsive and quick when any questions came up! I would definitely recommend staying here!
