This is a spacious beach cottage with a large yard and swimming pool on a quiet street in the Springs area of East Hampton. It’s a perfect launching point for your daily adventures and beach excursions, where you can come home to a comfortable place in a relaxing setting. We particularly enjoyed dinners outside at the large table by the pool. The host is responsive. We hope to return on our next visit.

Our family enjoyed our stay! The location was great as we were close to the beaches, town and stores. Quiet neighborhood and easy to walk our dog. The backyard was lovely and the pool was great!

Emily & Francesco were great hosts. All questions were quickly answered. The place is great with a well stocked kitchen & bar making eating at home easy. Great yards for the dogs and quiet street to walk them on. Pool is large with big steps for easy entry and exit. Under 15 minutes to beach, bakery, fish market, East Hampton and Amagansett. Bay beach 5 minutes away. We would definitely come back.

The house, pool, and yard were all great. The house was stocked with everything you would need. We all really enjoyed our stay here and certainly would recommend it!
