Michelle’s house is in a lovely quiet location with great light and a relaxing mountain outlook - perfect for a city escape. Wonderful fire place and well appointed kitchen, make for a great night of board games, great food and wine!

We had such a great stay! We booked this cottage to get away from the city and get some much needed rest and relaxation. The place had everything we needed. This cottage had so much character and personality. I worked remotely on one of the days we were here and everyone complemented the office space. The scenery is beautiful during the day and it’s pitch black at night. One day it rained and it was so relaxing to grab a book and read while the rain made relaxing sounds against the sky light windows. We made full use of the kitchen and never needed to leave. Michelle left a wonderful handwritten note for my birthday, truly a great host! Our dog loved the place and we appreciated the fenced in area to let him loose in front. We would absolutely come back and stay here again.

The place is very pretty and soothing, artistic and understated. Comfortable beds, and a beautiful sense of style, simple kitchen. Fireplace was nice, but promised wood was in short supply. Furnace system works beautifully. Located near a vast open field and distant hills that are lovely, as well as, on the other side, a country road and several nice houses, former farms, it seems. A charming old cemetery across the street. About 25 minute drive from skiing at Windham and a drive of 10-30 mins to the little towns that are now hosts to some nice restaurants here and there, but it’s the Catskills so things like that are spread out; it is also easy to find lots of run down places and abandoned cars in grimy yards. But that’s the Catskills and with the right perspective… We had beautiful sunny winter days and the light coming in the house was awesome. Could picture and a terrific summer weekend there enjoying the big flat yard and the stretching views and quiet scene. Would rent again.

This charming farmhouse feels like a cozy haven. The interior, filled with character, wraps you in a warm embrace. Situated near the infamous Hudson NY, filled with local gems. When you're not enjoying the farmhouse's charm, the nearby skiing adds an exhilarating touch.
