You would love the place! Studio is ideal for a couple. BEST RECOMMENDED FOR ADULTS. Jacuzzi outside is completely private for your enjoyment. Water is not heated, its ambient temp. To access you have to walk stairs (16 steps) to access, so its not for people with incapacities This is a beautiful modern and cool studio , style and luxury. It is located on the heart of famous 5th Av. in one of the most spacious and modern condominium. Our neighbors are the Wyndham and Hilton hotels, on the first line by the beach. There are 2 king beds, (one is the hanging bed), there is no door or wall between them. So both beds are not private between them (take note of this) . jacuzzi is not heated, its at ambient temperature. The studio is well equipped and stily furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped. The view is truly spectacular. You would enjoy it. The complex also has two relaxing pools (adult and children), with sunbeds and a fully equipped gym. Overall, this condo has exceptional features both indoors and outdoors. The location is another feature you would enjoy because it is steps away from the beach. Walking distance is a starbucks, full of restaurants, coffes, bars, "Quinta Alegria" shopping mall and exciting night life of the famous 5th av. The ferry to Cozumel is also very near, walking distance. The access to the complex is guard gated. Security is 24 hrs. You dont need a car, as everything is very close. Roof studio is above the 4th floor. So you have to take elevator to the 4th floor, and then walk one floor thru the stairs. (it's not suitable for wheelchairs) Great view of the sea, and fresh breeze. The apartment is intend for 2 people. If more people stay and sleep on the unit, there will be a charge of $40 usd per day and per person for all the lenght of the stay. Registered guests would be asked to use a brazaletr during the stay. Friends and visits can not access the unit at any time. El estudio en la azotea está encima del cuarto piso. Así que tienes que tomar el ascensor hasta el cuarto piso y luego caminar un piso por las escaleras. (no es apto para sillas de ruedas) Gran vista al mar y brisa fresca. El apartamento está pensado para 2 personas. Si más personas se quedan y duermen en la unidad, habrá un cargo de $40 usd por día y por persona durante toda la estadía. A los huéspedes registrados se les pedirá que utilicen un brazaletr durante la estancia. Amigos y visitas no pueden acceder a la unidad en ningún momento. Sólo se les permite acceder a las zonas comunes junto a la piscina y al salón.
