Enjoy breathtaking views of the lake & mountains from a private balcony. Located on the top (4th) floor. Complimentary Oso Negro coffee, tea/sugar & bathroom amenities. Can accommodate up to 4 guests. We are a new boutique hotel in downtown Nelson. (Stirling All Suites Hotel) The suite has plenty of natural light and is very quiet considering the prime downtown location. It is located only 1 block from the downtown core of Baker street. This is one of 16 fully renovated suites. Enjoy the convenience of keyless entry, all rooms are equipped with an HRV (Heat Recovery Ventilation) system that continuously gives fresh air to each individual space with zero cross-contamination between other rooms. Enjoy cooking a meal or having take out in our modern kitchen. At the end of the day enjoy watching your favourite show/movie on a 48” LG smart TV with 150+ internet channels and a restful sleep on a luxurious Endy mattress (Canadian-made).

Our one bedroom had a an excellent water and Mountain View. Everything was newer, cleaner and nicer than the pictures. The hotel seems to be brand new and the suite was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent for walking everywhere in town and it was easy to get to Whitewater. Marika and her husband are super nice people. I will definitely stay at their hotel next time we are in Nelson.
Marika and her husband are amazing people and make you feel at home. I stayed there for two nights with my husband and cousins. The place has everything you need for a longer stay as well. The bed was very comfortable, and the beddings were super clean. The balcony with a lake view is fabulous. The kitchen has everything you need to make a meal if you want to cook. We got there later in the afternoon and asked Marika to provide an extra duvet and sheets as one of us didn't want to share a duvet, and they kindly provided us with what we wanted, with a big smiles on their face. Comfortable, clean and cozy suite with lots of space and doors and windows that opened and let in fresh air and beautiful views of the lake. Marika was an amazing host. Proactive making sure we had everything we needed and all the information new needed about the area. Very well priced too. Best place to stay in Nelson in our opinion.
We absolutely loved our stay at the Stirling. Beautifully redone building with tons of old-world charm and all of the modern amenities. Fully renovated and stocked with everything we needed to make our stay perfect. Marika went above and beyond as a host with great local recommendations and helping us out when needed. The balcony and view were amazing & the location is right in the heart of downtown Nelson. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning.
We felt at home, the atmosphere is spectacular, it really was a fabulous stay, we met Marika who was so kind, and very concerned that things go well. Sincerely my children and I were delighted with the place, and with the owner. I would recommend the place to anyone who wants to enjoy a homey, modern and quiet atmosphere.

The suite is located only 1/2 a block from the Kootenay Co-op (natural foods grocery store) and 1 block from Baker Street, the main street of downtown Nelson. From here you are surrounded by an abundance of quality restaurants, breweries, shopping, yoga studios and more! Its the perfect place to take a walk to see the beautiful Cottonwood falls, walk along the water front or take in the stunning views at Gyro Park lookout.
Nelson is a very easy place to get around. The location provides easy access to the entire downtown and entertainment areas. You can walk to virtually every part of town with in 5-15 minutes.
There is a city bus stop located near the front of the building.
The Nelson Street Car, which runs during the summer months, is located just a few blocks away and is a great way to enjoy the waterfront and spend an afternoon at Lakeside Park.
Whitewater ski resort offers shuttle service and has a pick up/drop off location just a few blocks away during the winter months.
