It is a grade II listed terraced house. The front door opens into a small entranceway with coat and shoe rack and a doorway into the living area. Downstairs has an open plan layout with a double aspect reception room, a kitchen and a dining area. The sitting area has 2 large sofas around a wood burning stove and TV with DVD player and chrome cast device. The upper end of the living space has a rocking chair and reading nook area. There is a 6 seater dining table by french doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped for family cooking with a gas stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. The house has 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the first floor with a double bed, ample wardrobe space and french doors opening on to the balcony. The second double bedroom is on the second floor with a desk workstation with views of the river and even the sea on a clear day. The third small bedroom is on the first floor and has a cot which can be moved into the main bedroom if preferred and single bunk beds. There is one bathroom with shower and bathtub on the ground floor. There is an outhouse utility room accessed from the garden. In here you will find a washing machine, tumble dryer and an additional fridge freezer. Beyond the utility room the garden opens up into a courtyard space with a BBQ and seating areas. In the summer months a garden lounge can be laid out with a sofa and armchairs around a coffee table and at the far end of the garden is a dining table and chairs surrounded by climbing rose bushes.
