The lodge in itself was brand new. But the staff at the resort were horrendous, not one for complaining but they were rude, liers and very unhelpful. The check in was appalling, the cleanliness of the lodge wasn’t up to standard and the hottub wasn’t warm and didn’t get warm for 24 hours after we arrived. They was then a leak. The grounds were nice nothing to do for children but the pub down the road the plough inn defo recommended.
