This property was a fantastic option for a stay in the Downtown Littleton area. Being able to walk over to all the great shops and restaurants in town was super nice. The house has a nice layout for a larger group. Loved the kitchen and the extra large island with lots of resting around it. The backyard space was very enjoyable to spend time in and the hot tub was perfect. All in all this is a really good option for a larger family or group to stay and enjoy Littleton.

My bridesmaids and I stayed at Scott’s place the week of my wedding. Everyone absolutely loved the home. It looks a little small on the outside, but it is extremely spacious on the inside! The have a great living space upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen is spacious and has everything we needed. We also loved the outdoor furniture in the backyard, along with the hot tub! One of the best AirBnB experiences I have had! Thank you, Scott!

We really enjoyed this Airbnb! Great central location in Littleton. My bridesmaids and I stayed there for my wedding weekend at The Barn at Raccoon Creek. Everything was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Lots of great spaces for people to hang out. A tiny challenge we ran into was the Airbnb wasn’t ready for 1-2 hours after our check in time. The cleaning staff had just started when we got there and the people before us had made a real mess of the place. This lead to me and 7 bridesmaids being crammed into one tiny hot bathroom to get ready for rehearsal dinner. The place was beautifully cleaned when we came back later that night, and the owner was accommodating of a $150 refund. In the future, I would recommend on planning on cleaning coming several hours in advance of a booking to prevent this from happening! As a guest, if you know you want to arrive at your scheduled check in time, perhaps consider reminding the owner of this.

Scott’s place was just as it was pictured. This was such a beautiful home. I do think the price was high. For where it was located at. He was quick with responding even before I had booked. Once I got in there. He responded then stopped. Once I sent a pic to him about his home. It snowed and the driveway didn’t get shoveled until the next day. It was very slippery in the driveway and walkway. The walkway to the hot tub didn’t get shoveled at all. Hot tub worked and got hot. However I made mention to him about the cover having a ton of snow on it. He told me to brush it with my sleeve. When I left the home. Once I returned it had a foul odor. I thought it was the trash. But I didn’t have nothing in the trash can.
