This home was a great spot for a first time trip to Denver. The location was great - walkable to the RINO neighborhood, which had so many things to do. The house itself was also great!
Patti's place is a great stay in RiNo - the hip area of Denver. A lot of cool restaurants and breweries in walking distance. Really cool spot
Patti's place was comfortable (loved the double reclining couch) and it was the most well stocked place I've stayed in, ever. They thought of almost everything to provide a comfortable stay. My friend and I stayed for New Years weekend. The only issue was with the water heater which broke on NYE and I had to take a cold shower before going out. Patti's husband fixed it the next day (stated it was an electrical issue) then it broke again as we were checking out. Patti was gracious about it, but she stated it was because we took too long of showers and it needed to heat up between two showers. My friend took a short shower (5 min tops) and it was cold even after waiting 20 minutes. So, the stay was comfortable with lots of amenities, but be warned that y'all should plan your guest showers accordingly if you like hot water.
Patti’s house in RINO was one of the nicest, most thoughtfully equipped Airbnbs we’ve stayed in over the 14 years we’ve been using the service. It’s charming, surprisingly spacious, and comfortably furnished with just about everything you could possibly need for a longer term stay. The location is great - an easy walk or very short drive to restaurants, breweries, bars and even downtown. Easy access to anything you’re planning to do in Denver and beyond. The wide street has ample parking, there’s a very nice grill and fire pit in the fenced back yard. Beds are comfortable, shower has great water pressure and black-out blinds in both bedrooms make for great sleeping. Check-in was easy, no burdensome check-out requirements, and Patti and husband, Jim, are easy-going, comfortable hosts. Everything in the house feels new. We highly recommend Patti’s bungalow in RINO for your next stay in Denver.

Hi, I’m Patti and my husband, Cem (aka Jim), and I have lived in the foothills of Denver for the last 39 years. We love hiking, camping, biking, snorkeling and traveling. In our retirement years, we have been privileged to visit some great spots. Some of our favorite places (other than Colorado, of course) are Alaska, Mexico, Costa Rica and Panama. Patti grew up in Alaska and Cem in Turkey, and we love meeting people from all over the world.
