Nice and spacious. Clean. Good if you are ok with 3-star level. Location is a bit remote, so be prepared to walk (if you are not afraid of dogs) or rent a motor cycle / car etc.

The house was nice and clean. The staff was helpful but they spoke hardly english. After rayong we went to koh chang and asked a taxi from the lobby. (They had vip busses and taxis). The "taxi" came and wasent even a taxi and the driver was maybe lobbyworkers own father. No english, no aircon, trashy car and the drive was 3 hours. But the price was same as "vip taxi". The house is a bit far from everything, you need a scooter atleast. ( rented one from the lobby) House was nice but Rayong was little dissapointment for us.

The condo is very modern and clean; room service comes by daily to tidy up. My friends and I enjoyed our stay, but be warned before booking: - Internet is only available in the lobby unless you pay extra - laundry is not available on site (we were told by the staff) - the taxi ride there is going to cost 1500 baht from UTP - other taxis booked from the hotel are going to be significantly marked up Suggestions: - pool in the mornings was super nice, and it's mostly in the building's shadow for the first half of the day - if you walk to the beach, it's basically your own. Amazing sunsets, and no touristy pestering. - the little restaurant outside the hotel was incredible! That woman is a fantastic cook, and the price is right.
