The appartment is clean, well equiped and great location. You have everything close by (subway, shops, restaurants). Pierre was very welcoming and available.

Overall review: 1. Great location (Metro, bus stop all nearby) 2. The room is not even close to how big it looks in the photos but size wise it's perfect for 2 people i'd say. 3. As there is another building right infront of this apartment, you do not get ANY sunshine/light coming into the aprtment whatsoever. 4. Poor ventilation = dingy smell 5. All kitchen utensils are extemely dirty/old. The kettle was in the most shocking condition and tried to clean it but seemed useless. Basic cutlery is well prepared (Ie: spoons, forks, knives, etc) 6. No elevator and the staricase is really narrow and spiralled so if you have heavy bags, just keep that in mind. 7. Neighbours can get really loud at night (TV, talking, music) 6. Bedding didn't seem clean at all and the pillows were entirely stained brown. 8. There is no drying rack so I had to hang my clothes all over the house on hangers. 9. Finally, the host just simply doesn't respond to any messages. Slow or doesn't respond at all.

Quiet and very well located flat in Paris. D'orsay, Louvre, and Jardin du Luxembourg are in walking distance. Pierre's kind team is very supportive, and takes good care of you. I enjoyed my one month stay!
