We adored our stay here - the snug is beautifully done in every way and has all you need for a cosy stay. It’s very well located to explore cornwall with lots of easily accessible restaurants, walks, and restaurants. We cooked a few times and had all the kit we needed and in pristine condition! Emma was very responsive and helpful with recommendations - a perfect stay, thank you!!

We had a great few days at The Snug, which is beautifully furnished, really well equipped and felt really homely. We have teenage children and their loft bedroom with separate loo gave them their own space, which worked really well. The location of The Snug is really good, right in the centre of the village, a few minutes walk from the harbour, shops etc. The parking was really easy too, and the guys at the car park were friendly and helpful. Mevagissey is always a great base for exploring this part of Cornwall, and for a small village has great restaurants and of course the best fish and chips ever! We walked from The Snug to Goran Haven which was stunning, it took about 1hr 45 mins each way and a great coffee and cake at the beach when we got there. We also did a 1.5hr fishing trip, didn’t catch much but saw lots of seals. We would love to come back to The Snug.

such a gorgeous cottage perfect location for the harbour, shops and restaurants. ideal for visiting eden project, heligan gardens surrounding beaches. we were there mid -week which wasn't too busy sat was !!!! shame the shower is on the ground floor. a perfect holiday

A joy to stay in such a unique beautifully restored historical cottage. Mevagissey is a beautiful village with excellent eateries. Loved the fish and scallops from the fish van. The walk along the coastal path is spectacular and the ferry trip to the pretty village of Fowey is picturesque. Don't miss the opportunity to stay here.
