Its location is central to both sides of Flagstaff, so it's a breeze to find anything you would want. Heading to Snowbowl or the Grand Canyon? Get there easily from our home! Grab a coffee, pizza or some Mexican food on the way! This property is ideal for adults 21 years of age or older. Modern, clean and tiny home style! You will find a gracious sized living space and bathroom with a huge walk in shower! Our gorgeous Kitchenette that has all you need to make a small meal, including a 2 burner electric induction stovetop. A dorm room size fridge can house all your condiments, drinks and leftovers! Keurig coffee maker available along with some cane sugar for that morning coffee. There’s a customizable split mini ac/heater downstairs and also upstairs! Feel free to adjust as necessary. Upstairs is a comfortable Queen size bed that sleeps two and also a hanging rack and a dresser for your clothing. The downstairs couch does pull into a twin size bed if needed for another adult. Unfortunately, this unit is not kid or pet friendly due to the ladder that must be used to access the upstairs loft. You have serene privacy in this home, since it is inaccessible from our main home. You even have the entire left lane of the left side driveway to yourself! Should you need anything during your stay we are only an app text message away!
