Location is prime, over looking historic Main Street in quaint East Greenwich, Rhode Island. Ample Parking! **potential for traffic sounds from busy street** The location is 1/2 way between Newport & Providence in a quaint waterfront community! This is an elegant and stylish one bedroom apartment in a 6 unit building. Its located on the second floor. The space is decorated with timeless décor, providing a clean, & organic vibe. The kitchen is older, but we keep it clean. There are common areas in the building (NOT the apartment), in which you may encounter other individuals. Shared laundry area and parking lot. Large walk in closet for your luggage and extras. Full closet in the bedroom as well. A grand bedroom with a king size bed with soft, cozy & fresh linens await you. The 2nd bed is the sofa bed in the main living room. This room with the sofa can be closed off with a door for added privacy when sleeping. Essential appliances & added extras will make a quick meal at home effortless. Full size fridge, and electric stove/oven. Flat screen tv, updated wifi and the comfort of heat and air-conditioning are at your fingertips. The kitchen is well equipped with the tools you need to cook a meal and plenty of storage. Your host is known for quick communication, excellent local recommendations, and is a born and raised Rhode Islander with 20 years in hospitality services. Hillside on Main is perfect for solo travelers & couples. This home is on the second floor (15 steps) and may not be suitable for anyone with mobility issues.

I loved my stay at Sara's apartment, and certainly recommend it. It is like advertised, beautiful, spacious, light, sun comes in morning/afternoon. Super easy to find and enter.Everything works well. Sarah is responsive quickly, flexible with arrival/departure time, when arranged and possible. The bed, couch and other furniture are luxurious, kitchen utensils are pretty complete, well stocked, if you want to cook. I just warmed things in microwave. At walking distance I found shops selling basic food items, that I needed. The large supermarket was too far to walk, as I have no car. Bus 14 runs regularly, in time, to Providence. I never used the type of lock on the front door, so I had to ask, how to lock it when going out, but once Sarah explained, it was easy. Street a bit noisy, as mentioned, did not bother me. Close to theater, EG is lovely holiday town. Lots of restaurants, shops, boutiques. I'd love to stay again with Sarah, if I come to East Greenwich/Odeum again. Thanks
This is a great apartment rental! It was spacious, comfortable, and right on Main Street which has many walkable restaurants. Sarah was very friendly and responsive to our questions. Thanks for a lovely visit!
The wifi does not have a strong signal. It is not conducive for anyone who works remote. The instructions says there woukd be quarters in kitchen drawer for laundry. Unfortunately we did not find them. I was a little disappointed that there was no TV in bedroom.

The Town of East Greenwich is located in the center of Rhode Island along the west shore of Narragansett Bay. Greenwich Cove is the home of many small marinas and waterfront dining establishments.
Main Street, a typical small New England town street, provides for great shopping and dining opportunities. Filled with historic homes, you will fall in love with its charm. The waterfront area is gorgeous and a short walk down the street.
The crown jewel of the early architecture is the formidable building that serves as the Town Hall. The building has served as a prominent courthouse all through history and is recognized as one of the few surviving Federal-Georgian buildings of its size in Rhode Island. The building is listed in the National Register of Historic Places.
Main Street is on the "14" Providence bus line.
From BOSTON (Logan Airport) - There is a direct train departing from Boston and arriving at Providence, (it is recommended you have your final stop be Providence Airport (TF Green Airport) then get a bus/taxi). Services depart hourly, and operate every day.
From Providence Airport - The drive is approximately 15 minutes. An Uber is estimated at $25 (depending on the day and time you arrive). The bus line can be used and you would want to get to the 14 line for Main Street.
