This house is an ideal place to stay for couples, families / friends or colleagues. Central location close to the shops and train station makes it a great base for the business and leisure traveller. Complimentary breakfast is included at the Victoria Park Lodge. The 3 bed townhouse is a perfect space for couples, families/friends or colleagues. Original floorboards on the ground floor and 1st floor bedroom, with sash windows provides some nice character to the property. Tastefully decorated and furnished.

We had a beautiful stay at Jason’s place… Jason was very helpful and made sure we were right at home… we had breakfast the next morning, it was lovely… highly recommend!!

I loved the townhouse , very good for a business trip with a few friends. 3 great bedrooms. At first the area seemed boring, but then I realized the town is sooo small that everything is literally within a few minutes walk. Will be back next year.

George Street is situated just south of the main Parade ( a few minutes walk ) and the River Leam where Jephson Gardens is. Its central location means Leamington town centre is a very short walk and the train station is close by. The nearest convenience stores are 1 minute away, a great pizza parlour We Love Pizza is just around the corner, Temperance Cafe and the Micro Pug bar are just a short walk.
Walking north up towards the main Parade, you will find more shops and eateries

I'm easy going with a background in hospitality and property. The family business is local and only 10 minutes walk away at the Victoria Park Lodge. I have a few serviced apartments that I have been running for 10+ years. I won't be at the apartment but I will be local most likely and easily contactable. There's always someone available at the Lodge if needs be.
