Home is clean with nice furniture WiFi great no problems. TV worked with netflix. couldn't get tv in room to go on, maybe batteries in remote garden needs tlc( though it is winter ) but back garden large and enclosed garden furniture needs cover and cushions. Heating was perfect, home warmed up well and easy to control, didn't need to use fire but working well. Bathroom clean and a good size. shower guard leaked and had loose bolt but not major issue. mirrors around the home. kitchen fully equiped. area is residential nothing great but a really quiet area. shops close by Neighbour was polite said hello when passing . Good home for group of workers or family visiting area. Communication with company through text was excellent. down side no tea and coffee and didn't know about £250 deposit before booking. wasn't an issue but could have been, key box easy to use only needed key not fob enjoyed my time their. It was a lovely quiet stay.

Good stay, couple of minor problems. Presentable interior and well enough equipped. Extractor fan did not work and there were 2 pumpkins left rotting at the back door. No cleaning products provided or bin bags. The double bed was just 2 singles pushed together with 2 single duvets inside a double cover - not really comfortable. The boiler also broke while we were staying but was fixed very promptly, communication was all good

Generally this is a clean inside and nice looking property. The front and back garden need some TLC as they look untidy. There were issues with mould on some parts of the shower and a very mouldy dishwasher which we did not use. Location wise this is a short distance from leamington spa, which is great. The actual area is not so nice and would not necessarily recommend for families with young children and because there is no garden furniture. For a short stay it is ok (we were there for 3 nights) I would not want to stay for a week or longer.
