Great spot, especially if in the area for a wedding. Right off the bridge that takes you to Big Sky Barn / Iron Manor. Easy to find, clean, perfect for 6 people.

Brandon's cottage was nice. I appreciated that the photos listed were a good representation of what was inside. Even though it is listed as a tiny house, I felt that it was very spacious and comfortable. The view from the patio deck area was very relaxing. Unfortunately, both bathrooms were not clean in the Air BnB. This was an issue for me because the way it was left was unacceptable. It's as if they the "cleaning service" didn't even try to clean the bathroom. This listing adds on a $100 cleaning fee, but yet there were parts of the house that was not clean. This is very unfortunate for guest visiting. I also had a hard time getting in contact with Brandon. I messaged him upon arrival with concerns and did not receive a response until the next day. I also tried contacting him again the next day through the app and by the cell number provided and the number was not in service. I did not like that I could not contact the host during my stay. Overall, I wish my experience went better.

Brandon’s place has potential however it’s not well maintained. As mentioned in previous reviews, the king bed was a huge issue. The bed was completely broken upon arrival. Making the bed nearly impossible to sleep in. We switch the kids out to the upstairs loft and the broken bed, just so we could get a little rest in the queen bed. The cottage wasn’t the cleanest place. The property manager did come change the sheets, after I went Kroger to purchase cleaning supplies, because again it just wasn’t clean. The WiFi nor basic cable worked. There was a keurig but not a basic coffee machine (we packed coffee, filters, etc thinking a “well stocked” place would have a basic coffee machine. The listing mentions a hot tub and a pool, yet that too wasn’t warm. It was spacious and the decor was cute. No blinds over sliding doors (in living room, exposing the inside the place). Outdoor patio was the best part. Furniture was torn up.

Brandon was friendly and easy to communicate with leading up to our stay. He was also able and willing to honor a special request we had. We are so grateful for this as the memories we made were priceless! The term, “Tiny House”, is also a stretch. It was small but more spacious than I expected! It was very clean and had plenty of dishes and cookware. It was right on the water and the kids had fun “fishing”. There is a fire pit on the back porch that needs a propane tank but there is lovely seating outside to enjoy a nice fire in the cooler months. We were about 35 minutes to the Renaissance Festival so the location was perfect. It’s a quiet area with little do to but the cabin itself had plenty of room for us to bring games and every room had a TV. We all agreed we want to make Brandon’s “Tiny House” a part of our yearly tradition.

we were definitely happy with choice we made to stay at this location. when we head back to this area we will pick this same location
