Everything was great and exactly as described in listing. Only issue I had was tv and internet were down the entire stay but that was due to service outage in the area. Otherwise it was great, able to park my truck and boat easily

Thanks Samantha, your place was in the perfect location for the things we had to do there in the area. The neighborhood was quiet, and the cabin has a great front porch to sit out on with a fan that we never thought we'd need in December! The huge oak and magnolia trees were magnificent! The bed was comfy and we slept well there. We enjoyed our stay at your Kozy Kabin and will keep it in mind when we come back to the area next year.

Nice little quiet cabin with front porch to sit and relax. Fenced in yard which was great with our dogs. Also quick access to major grocery store and restraunts which was a plus! Host was always quick to respond if we had any questions!
