Brandon's place was nice fishing was great which was the whole point of our trip. The cabin does need better cleaning, bed sheet had hair on it. Lots of spiders and webs on the patio. We didn't use the BBQ grill it had alot of spider webs as well and needs to be replaced or cleaned properly. There was still some crumbs on the floor through out the cabin. The paper towel was almost down to a few sheets and there was not another roll to replace it. The boardwalk need to be replaced or fixed, alot or broken boards and one part looks like its about to fall in the water but in front of Brandon's place its good. Other than those minor issues everything else was great. I do love that there is an ac unit in every room. Brandon was very informative and responsive. If those minor issues get fixed this would be a 5 star review. Thank you Brandon.

This place was very cozy. It was very nice and located very closely to shopping and restaurants but still provided the escape quality. It was pet friendly and everyone was respectful with their pets. We would definitely stay here again. Cute cabin and way more spacious than it seemed in pictures.

My family and I enjoyed the place and the lake right off the balcony. Beds were decently comfortable and everything seemed relatively clean. Cons- after settling into the airbnb we found 4 live roaches roaming in the kitchen & living area as well as dead carcasses. I messaged the host about this but never got a response until after we had already left our stay. For the rest of the trip, we didnt see anymore, they could have come in cause it was cold outside & we are right off the lake. We also walked in to a very cold house (set on 53 degrees) that was colder than outside. We had to wait an hour in the car with an infant until it started to heat up in the place. Overall, it was a good stay. We ended up leaving a day earlier because I and my nephew (infant) weren’t feeling good and hit the road a day earlier. Communication was pretty poor. I called Brandon whom told me to call the property manager who couldn’t answer the phone and only responded when we left earlier.

Beautiful place, there was a lot of construction around it which messed with the atmosphere a little but it was still peaceful. Less than a 5 minute drive to lake conroe. Only thing wrong was there were quite a few flies but the place was so clean it was probably because the house is so close to the pond. Overall, would recommend.
