House is not separate. It’s more of a home stay than private home. No key to home to lock up your belongings, no hot water, no ice, no drinking water, no ac in bedrooms. Not worth $170usd a night and way out of way. The pool is the only nice part of this place. Uncle was extremely nice on property and provided coconuts, but Airbnb Loy was no where to be found, someone through phone app (not Loy) contacted me for check in. Check in at gate took over an hour. I would not stay here for any reason.

El lugar es hermoso! Privado y seguro. Tal y como se muestra en las fotos. Muy buena comunicación con Loy, siempre respondía de forma inmediata. Sin duda volveremos….

La casa es exactamente como las fotos. La cercanía a la playa es lo que más disfrutamos y Loy fue muy amable y atenta durante nuestra día, esperamos podamos regresar pronto.

the house and surroundings are amazing the views are incredible breath taking... this is a private gated residential you are safe, you have access to the pool, showers and you are a few steps away from the beach... perfect stay for a day at the beach and feel safe. Loy was always responsive of anything we needed. Pablo was welcoming to our stay.. felt right at home. I highly recommend and will book another stay in the near future.

Loy was very friendly, just like home. you can purchase food from locals at very low prices for fresh food (home made). beautiful beach, very private and secure.
