Our goal is for you to feel like you’re at a home away from home while finding a peaceful environment in the untouched beauty of Costa Azul. The ranch is newly renovated and all the furniture was designed by us and handmade by local artisans. The fabric for the bed spreads, outdoor cushion covers, and pillow covers were each created specifically for our ranch. The decor is rustic beach chic with industrial touches. The ranch can accommodate up to 13 guests. It has 3 bedrooms that are fully furnished, each with its own private ensuite bathroom and each room has its own air conditioning unit. There’s also a common bathroom off the main patio in addition to an outdoor shower area. 2 bedrooms each have 2 double beds that can sleep a total of 8 guests. 1 bedroom has 4 bunk beds and a single bed accommodating 5 guests. We provide clean towels and linens with freshly washed bedspreads. The stylish open plan outdoor living and dining area is the perfect place to enjoy long relaxing days with friends and family. The living area features two 5-seat sofa sectionals with 4 additional lounge chairs. Additionally, the dining room table has seating for 12 with access to the kitchen through a bay window. The large kitchen is fully equipped with two refrigerators, a 6-burner gas stove with full oven, a smaller toaster oven, 10 cup coffee maker, and outdoor BBQ charcoal grill. The surrounding property boasts an open yet private and serene atmosphere. The tropical palm tree lined garden features 2 pavilions, 6 relaxing hammocks, 2 extra wide sun beds, and a spacious rectangular pool surrounded by a well manicured lawn. The two pavilions have electrical outlets if you’re working from home or want to charge your devices while you lounge in a hammock. Listen to the ocean waves from the garden or leave your bedroom windows open in the evening to enjoy the fresh ocean air while you sleep. With an expansive yard for family activities, games with friends, or children's entertainment, this is the ideal getaway to breathe in the fresh open air, forget work stress, and enjoy absolute relaxation. ------------------------------------------------------------ The property is fully private and has high walls around the entire perimeter to ensure privacy and security. The indoor parking area can accommodate 4 cars.
