If your looking for someone to rest where it’s quiet and peaceful, go to a hotel. I had so many issues and I didn’t even stay the full night. The parking on the street is little to none and if u do find a spot you have to park on the curb. I busted a tire having to park on the curb then when I went to get it fixed there was no parking so I ended up sitting in my car for two hours waiting for something to pop up. I contacted the owner and they just copied and paste what is shown in the description. Customer supposed tried to get my refund and the owner didn’t refund. As well as people in the building playing music so loud it’s insane. I drove 15 hrs and just wanted to rest but all I received was wasted time and money spent.

Jose's home was exactly as described. Street parking was east to obtain and he was extremely communicative. It was great for an overnight stay and just enough space for two people. It was central to a lot of places in Philadelphia. I would absolutely recommend.

Jose’s place was perfect for the night we needed it. It was a really chill and pretty space. Jose was very responsive and flexible with letting us check in late at night. He was proactive aswell when we had reported our shower head fell off. He offered us the option of using the shower downstairs. He had the property manager arrive early in the morning to fix the shower so that was helpful. The space was exactly as described and I would stay there again if I visit Philly.
