Spacious, air conditioned double room with an option of convert it into triple room. Room contains king size bed and a daybed that can be converted into extra bed. There is a shelving unit, hanging storage space, ceiling fan and en-suit bathroom. Guests also have access to collective areas: co-working space, fully equipped open plan kitchen, outdoor seatings & BBQ, 1st floor hangout ideal for meditating, practicing yoga or watching movies on our projector. Back garden facing, first floor. Newly opened boutique hotel located in the heart of iconic Hiriketiya Bay, located only 100m from the beach. The Yard is composed of five private rooms, one self-contained penthouse apartment and plentiful of collective space. Open space on the 1st floor offers chilled hangout spot perfect for meditating, practicing yoga, daydreaming on the bean bag or watching movies on our projector. Ground floor contains co-working space, open- plan kitchen, outdoor BBQ area and back- garden seating areas.

Great place in the middle of Hiri! Friendly and helpful owner and staff and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Location is perfect and you have the beach and cafes just around the corner. Kitchen avaliable, as well as different social zones. Would stay again☺️

We loved our stay at The Yard. Very cozy and welcoming vibe to the whole place. Walkable distance from the beach and great restaurants. Highly recommend the place. Also they have the most friendly cat named kitty. Super cute.

Beautiful place with high attention to details. Very cozy and yet spacious with a wonderful garden area. The team is very friendly and welcoming. The communication with Pat was great, she gave us recommendations for everything we asked for and organized our transport from the airport that worked well. Thank you, we hope to be back soon!

We are located by Hiriketiya Rd, in the heart of iconic Hiriketiya Bay- only 100m from the beach.
The Bay serves up the most playful, turquoise waves perfect for both experienced and beginner surfers, turning the spot into the dreamiest surfer’s playground alongside sea turtles, golden sands and leaning palm trees. Walking distance to the range of coolest bars and vibey restaurants. Only short stroll to the majestic Pehebiya Beach [Dikwella] perfect for morning barefoot runs, lazy walks along the coastline, stand-up paddleboard activities, kayaking and all sorts of beach games with the most stunning sunset views accompanied abundance of palm trees.
There are local supermarkets, veggie & fruit market, pharmacies, several banks etc in Dikwella town (2 km) .
Everything is located in a walking distance.
There are also plenty of scooter and bicycle rentals in the village.
You can also get around by tuk tuk , taxi or car (we do have free of charge parking space).
