Super nice and beautiful apartment! We received two delicious lunches of traditional rice and curry!We had the whole apartment to ourselves. They also had a scooter which we could use at any time. The restaurants and bars are reachable with the scooter but you can also cook in the kitchen. Blue beach island is only a 5 min walk away. :)

We had a great time at Adriana‘s place. We were greeted with an amazing tuna curry when we checked in, the room came with a scooter to explore nearby beaches (which was a game changer) and everything was very well sought after. We would recommend it to groups/families that rent out the entire place rather than just individual rooms due to the open construction of the apartment. However, Adriana is already aware of that and ordered new room doors to give guests a little more privacy. All in all a very good experience. Thank you!

Adriana war eine tolle Gastgeberin, immer hilfsbereit und hat uns auch einen Scooter zur Verfügung gestellt. Zwei verschiedene Helmgrößen wären jedoch super. Das Haus wird umrundet von einem wunderschönen grünen Garten, ein Pool würde es perfekt machen. Man kann sehr gut dort entspannen und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang vom Blue Beach Island entfernt. Mit dem TukTuk kommt man auch super schnell an die etwas größeren Strände, die einen sehr coolen Vibe und gute Restaurants und Strandbars bieten. Die Schlafzimmertür ist leider nur aus Rattan, wodurch man nicht wirklich Privatsphäre hat, wenn das andere Zimmer auch belegt ist. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, die auch als Gruppe zu viert super geeignet ist.

Wir hatten eine wirklich unbeschreiblich schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft. Es fehlte uns an nichts und all unsere Anliegen wurden zu unserer absoluten Zufriedenheit und sehr liebevoll behandelt. Es wurde sich unglaublich viel Mühe gegeben und man hat sich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Begrüßt worden wir mit einem sehr leckeren Essen. Ein wunderschöner Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser und tollen Fischen ist nur etwa 1 Minute zu Fuß entfernt, 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man einen tollen Ort mit Strand, Surfschule und Restaurants. Für uns blieben keine Wünsche offen, wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiter empfehlen.

Wow. What an amazing stay! Couldn’t have been more welcoming and attentive. Adriana and Lahlu have designed a beautiful, simple home with everything you would ever need. Located in a beautiful village, the locals and wildlife were very friendly and the Blue beach itself was the prettiest we have been to in all of Sri Lanka. Snorkelling there is a must. Twice we had a beautiful meal cooked and shared with them. We also had plenty of privacy to do our own thing! Kind enough to also loan us a scooter for popping to town. So sad to leave. Everyone felt like family! We would be back in a heart beat. If you’re looking for a dreamy home stay away next to a beautiful beach away from the main strip this is the place.
