We really enjoyed staying here. It was very clean and there were thoughtful touches like an emergency kit, a couple picnic tables and serious lounge chairs, 5 gallon bottles of water, ample pots and pans, nice sheets, etc. We really needed peace and quiet and it really provided that. Even though there was an invasion of sea grass, Timothy (the groundskeeper) would come over 3 times a week to remove it off the beach. Beds were creaky and three of us had issues sleeping… they need to be upgraded. There also needs to be a way to have privacy with the bathrooms and master bedroom door. Host was VERY responsive. Pool is AMAZING and has different levels and a large ledge to sit on. Super great! Keep in mind that it’s a shared pool with a young family that rents a separate building on the property but they are very friendly and can provide helpful information.

My family loved staying here! We loved the pool, being right on the beach, and the general area of Placencia. There was plenty of room for our family to relax after a day of sightseeing.

Was a great place, but some of the information of the listing is a little outdated. The family does not life there. The map does not lead you to the right place, make sure you get a pin from the host. But the place is great. We enjoyed the stay.

We loved our stay here! The place exceeded our expectations and looks even better than the pictures! I had my parents and my 2 kids and we all had an amazing time. The pool was great, the beach was amazing, we all loved the kayaks and SUP’s; it was so nice walking along the beach. Definitely need a car to get to restaurants and the villages. Highly recommend!
