During our stay, we occupied each room, the beds and rooms were really small, so unless you have one person per room, don’t expect much comfort. The sofa was also very small. If you are just passing thru, I would say this place is ok. A lot of renovations needed for sure. Not certain if this place gets a lot of traffic, but the floors and tables were definitely not clean. Our host was kind enough to check in and very responsive when I asked if the hot water could be adjusted. And they provided additional sheets and towels which was helpful. Overall, the stay served its purpose.

Very nice place to stay, it is up near the top (mainland) side of the peninsula, so it was pretty quiet! The location made our jungle and ruins trips much shorter! We really enjoyed the palapa on the lagoon side, and the ocean side lot really was the cherry on top! Easy check in and out. Plus they have a washer and dryer which made packing way easier!

The house was fine - just like the pictures. Well equipped kitchen, beautiful beach and dock. Kayaks and paddle boards were fun. Located directly on Placencia Road, which is very busy, with a rumble strip right by the house. Traffic noise bothered some of our group, but not others. Also had a house pet lizard (or 2) which chirped some during the night, but was not a bother. Just watch your step in the morning! Also, you are located away from everything, so a car is a necessity. Vacasa was responsive to the few questions that we had. Overall, we enjoyed the house and grounds.

As advertised..awesome access to the beach and lagoon..make sure you carry good bug spray...

Stayed for two nights at the house. The place was great. I enjoyed the private access to the beach and the lagoon which most properties don’t offer. The house was in immaculate condition and it felt welcoming. Certainly would recommend to anyone coming to Placencia Peninsula.
