Michael's condo was ideal for our family of 6. Great location & well-stocked with many extras for snorkeling/beach/pool. Highly recommend.
My family and I stayed at Michael’s beautiful condo for a week. Check in was easy and the kitchen was well appointed. The space matched the pictures beautifully and we enjoyed walking to the store, farmers market, and restaurants nearby. The unit was clean and Michael was responsive to communication throughout our stay. You’ll love the pools and beautiful sunsets!
Michael’s place was as described. He was easy to communicate with and sent a lot of information leading up to our trip. My takeaways for fellow travellers - - the air conditioner units in the bedrooms are very noisy and we weren’t able to sleep with them on. We would run the units before bed to cool the rooms then use the ceiling fans overnight. - Michael is clear in his instructions where the parking stall is located. However the number painted on the stall is worn off, so it can still be tricky to find the right one (especially if you arrive in the dark) - lots of beach stuff and a cooler is available to use. These things made trips to the beaches, even better. - the lanai was our favourite spot in the whole place! It is a great spot to relax and watch the sunrise, sunset, and golfers go by. Thanks Michael for renting us your place … we even saw whales from the lanai one day!
This place had everything we needed, plus extras! It was clean and comfortable for our family with teens. We had lots to do even if we didn’t choose to leave the condos. There were even boogie boards, tennis racquets, board games, pool floaties, and more. The lanai gave us amazing views of sunset over the ocean. Michael communicates very well and we were just overall pleased with everything! We may be back. 😁
Couldn't fault Michael on the facilities provided. He had thought of everything,;-, the beachware and beach towels, full range of kitchen equipment, a great barbecue, and even a first-aid kit (which came in handy when I gashed my hand on tufa whilst snorkelling! ). Michael was always prompt with his replies. There's a handy supermarket 300 yards away, and the airport is less than a half-hour drive away.

My wife Maureen and I have twin 17 year olds, Aiden and Adela. We live in Seattle and love to travel. We purchased our Hawaii condo in late 2014 and did a full remodel in 2015. My mother and father live on the Big Island and my mother supervised the entire remodel. Our condo is now of the highest quality and we want to open up our beautiful unit to wonderful people who have their own high standards when it comes to vacation rentals.
