Beautifully renovated 1 bedroom apartment in small boutique complex of just 4 special units. It's all about location! In the heart of Melbourne Beach directly on Ocean Avenue and one block from the sand. Just 6 properties from the sea and waves of pristine Melbourne Beach and two blocks to the Indian River and Town Pier. Across the street from a gourmet food market, restaurants, beach bar, and shops. PET FRIENDLY for well-behaved, clean pets. This unit is on the 1st floor of our duplex cottage. All 4 units in this Boutique complex have been completely renovated within the last 2 years. Beautiful custom kitchens with granite or teak wood countertops, bathrooms with walk-in showers and unique tile finishes, comfortable furnishings and tasteful art round out the space. Multiple windows and quiet mini split air conditioning and heating systems. Beautiful space to call your home for your vacation. I'll start off by saying that this review would've been 5 stars across the board. Ken was everything one would want in a host. The location is fantastic. Walkable to the beach, the bayside, shops and great restaurants. The only reason it wasn't is we had a couple of issues after checking in. The floor hadn't been mopped clean and Ken sent someone over to take care of it the next day. The second was more the luck of the draw as the AC failed at some point. Again, Ken sent someone right over to look at it, but it needed a part that had to be ordered. Once that was determined, Ken made arrangements that enabled us to finish up our stay in comfort. He constantly checked in to confirm everything was to our satisfaction throughout our stay. As I mentioned, Ken and his cohost Steve, made what could've been a nightmare of a trip to experience my daughter's college graduation, into an enjoyable stay in Melbourne Beach. Even witnessed two SpaceX launches from the beach. Thanks guys!

We are located in the "Heart" of Melbourne Beach, located one block from the beach and across the street from a market, multiple restaurants, a pharmacy, and more. The Public Library is also within a block of the property and two blocks away are a park, pier, and the Indian River. You pretty much have everything you need within walking distance.

出行信息

The ocean, market, restaurants, and more are all within walking distance of our place. You can choose to drive to nearby beach parks, or to Indialantic where there are more restaurants, bars, and shops available to visit. Further south is Sebastian Inlet park which is about a 20-25-minute drive, try the Jungle trail or visit the Turtle Sanctuary or Treasure museum. You can also go further south to Vero Beach (35 min) or head north to Cocoa Beach (25 min)
