Wonderful experience overall during this stay. We interacted directly with Rebecca who was Simona’s daughter and she was incredibly helpful with everything we needed. Very responsive, easy to work with, and even was the chef for our lunch one day which was delicious. She helped us arrange transportation and helped set everything up in the backyard. The scenery from the house was also absolutely stunning. Highly recommend the stay.

We had an excellent stay at Simona and Rebecca's villa. The setting of their villa is idyllic and very peaceful, perfect for relaxing and having a good time. The hosts were very attentive to our needs and very friendly with our large group. They were very responsive and answered all our questions quickly when we contacted them. They are really great hosts and we would highly recommend their beautiful accommodation and all the services they offer. In particular, we were able to enjoy the meals they provide at lunchtime or in the evening, which were all home cooked and excellent, two great yoga classes from an instructor they arranged to come to the house and incredible massages also at the house which delighted our group. The house is extremely large and accommodated our group of 22 without feeling cramped. Many thanks again to Simona and Rebecca for their warm welcome and kindness.

Simona and her daughter literally made our trip. This villa is exceptional. Lots of space to feel comfortable even if you're a big group, all very clean, incredible views of the Tuscany mountains with the sunset from the villa, fully equipped kitchen, and fun amenities in the property (the beach volley, pool, sauna). Best part is, Simona and her daughter have so much more to offer. They organized for us a piano concert, truffle hunting, dinner parties. They figured out additional wifi (we needed strong wifi), helped us drive to places... they will go above and beyond to make sure that you have everything you need. They are SO resourceful and hospitable. Wonderful people, wonderful space. We were extremely happy to be staying here and didn't want our trip to ever end. 5 stars.

We had an outstanding time at Simona's house in Poggibonsi. the home is absolutely gorgeous, with all the necessary modern touches in what felt like a historic and special place. The pool is clean and was an incredible place to stay cool in the summer heat. There were plenty of comfortable lounge chairs, umbrellas and towels to make everyone happy. Simona was immediately responsive to all our needs and helped us tremendously when one of our party was ill. She also provided great local recommendations. The views and sunsets were extraordinary and the home, set on a Tuscan hill felt like a dream! An extra surprise was the fig tree with fresh ripe figs to pick and enjoy. We highly recommend this home and hope to return in the future!

Simona's place was truly amazing. My family and a group of friends stayed there for a week. They cooked us the most amazing lunches and dinners. They make their own Chianti Classico as well, that is endlessly flowing. You can also see San Gimigniano from their house. We played bocce ball up on a court they have on the hillside, and they made us pizza and wine to drink while we played. We swam all day in the pool with a super fun diving board, and got to light wood on fire in the small fireplace inside the hot tub, which you use to heat it up. Our daughters loved this! And Simona's daughter, Rebecca was also our host and took such good care of us, always there when we needed anything. And she has the most wonderful dog you've ever met, and we all went truffle hunting on their land one morning, and got a whole bagful of black truffles. Then they prepared the most incredible 5 course dinner we had the entire time we were there . I can't say enough! Grazie Mille - Neil
