Unfortunately I had booked this property since May 2023 for our Christmas vacation with our family. When we arrived the property had dead and alive cockroaches dead spiders and other bugs bedsheets had yellow stains and were dirty bathrooms and kitchen sink with food stuck on it house had not been clean. When I notified Renee she claim the exterminator had been there a few days ago. If the house had been properly clean the bugs beds kitchen bathroom and the full house would been ready for an our arrival instead we had to find other accommodations for our stay. I contacted Airbnb and they were very helpful and gave me a full refund. Don’t ever rent from this host they are terrible.

We were unexpectedly in the Brooksville, FL area with a family matter and needed a comfortable and peaceful place to stay for several days. Thankfully Renee and David's ranch home was open and was a blessing. The property is secure with a passcode protected gate, the home is beautifully decorated and very comfortable, the ranch is welcoming and naturally beautiful, and we enjoyed cooking in that great kitchen almost every night. The back porch is furnished very well for relaxing and connecting with folks. Renee and David were very quick to reply to my request to book their place, and throughout our stay they were only a message or phone call away to help the couple of times we needed them. If you need a little extra room, there is a quaint cottage very close to the main house with 2 more bedrooms that sort of creates a little commune. Thanks, Renee and David, for your gracious hospitality!

Such a great stay. Beautiful setting amongst a working ranch. The house was immaculate and very well furnished. The hosts were very responsive and even took us on a tour of the property. Would highly recommend.
