The oven was broken. We let Richard know and he messaged back right away. They were able to fix it while we were at the mermaid park. We thought this was one of the nicer and well stocked places we have stayed. There is nothing more irritating than being low on TP the first day. That was a pleasant surprise to have enough for the 5 days we were there.

Had a great stay at Richard’s place. Rented it for two days with my sisters and nephews. It was perfect for our needs and the location was 10 mins from my Aunt and Uncle, which was super convenient. Richard answered any little question I had in a timely fashion. He even left a welcome gift. I would definitely book with Richard again.
