We had a great stay with my whole family for Christmas. Highly recommended for families taking a vacay in the outskirts of Davao City, far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

We stayed in this property for 3 weeks. Location-wise it is perfect for the purpose of our stay. It is not near downtown area however (taxi/public transportation needed), it is peaceful and a quiet neighbourhood. It is an airconditioned house which is really great. But, the place is not that complete, kitchen utensils are very limited, TV is working but there's no local connection. Luckily, we were able to manage by connecting an HDMI cable to our laptop to make use of the TV. Also, the caretaker of the house comes unannouced in the vicinity of the property which we find uncomfortable, host also asked persistently for a deposit (cash) while that's shouldn't be the case in Airbnb, so we declined. We were also very surprised to find a security camera in the living room. This was not specifically mentioned, so we covered it with a piece of paper. Overall, for a 3 weeks stay it's not as comfortable as you expect it to be. For a short stay it would have been fine.

It was great. The stay was okay, the only downside was that i think it was kind of too expensive for the place. But all in all, it was okay.

We used the place for a video shoot. The owner was very accommodating and the place had everything we need to set-up our scenes. The village was also very quiet, which was ideal for our voice over recording. The only thing that we would appreciate more would be a direct pin to the exact location of the house because it is inside a village. But other than that, we are very happy that we found this place to shoot.
