Their place is like a home away from home, very cozy and perfect for the warm climate these days. Their living and dining room, as well as the master's bedroom, are equipped with an air conditioner. They also have a microphone and sound system if you want to chill and sing your heart out while on vacation. What I love most is you can cook and never go hungry since they have kitchen utensils, a rice cooker, and an induction stove. It's a very tidy place with hospitable owners and excellent customer service! Kudos to Ms. Richel and her family on their business! May you attract more customers to avail themselves of your transient house, as you truly deserve it.

The house was great, it is equipped with all the amenities that we needed and it also makes us feel at home as it was very clean and cozy. Another thing was the owner is very responsive and friendly. Whenever we have concerns they respond right away, they also welcomed us nicely. Did not regret booking this place, Thank you for making our stay convenient and definitely recommend this place😊.

I recently stayed at Richel’s KW Transient House in Davao and had a wonderful experience. The house was exceptionally clean and comfortable, providing a satisfying accommodation for me and my family.
