I loved Fredelita and Malcoms place, it was very clean and had all of the amenities you could want. They were always available to help with anything we needed and made us feel at home.
Quiet and cozy home with all the necessities. Fredelita and Malcom were welcoming and friendly. They are next door if we needed anything. We extended our stay because we liked the place. There is a 100 PHP per day allowance for power but we were able to stay well under even with AC use which we used on some nights. We would stay there again.
A very comfortable place with amazing hosts. The house is in a peaceful location, easily fit three people, it was very clean and equipment was more than enough for our stay. The hosts were accomodating, helpful and communicative, it was really easy for us to ask them in case we needed anything. We've also heard some nice stories about them and their travels. I can assure you that Fredelita's place is easily one of the best places to stay in the area, and I'm sure the next time I'm visiting Davao, I'll choose them and their place again.
This was our 2nd stay at Fredelita's AirBnB. We also stayed at her partner's house in Granville subdivision. My now wife and I really enjoyed our time at their AirBnBs and got to know Fredelita & Malcolm pretty well. They even came to our wedding. We will definitely be booking again on my next trip to Davao.

We are now living here in Davao after many years in Korea and Germany and are offering our small bungalow (which sits on the same lot next to our main house) for your next visit here in Davao. I worked in Korea for 27 years where I met my husband who had worked in Germany for 27 years and in Seoul for 6 years. English, Korean, German and of course Filipino visitors will have no language problems here! We personally clean and maintain the property to ensure the highest standards. We named our property after Cheolsan, the district where we lived in Seoul and our favourite place!
