We absolutely loved our stay here. We were a group of 3 adults and 2 dogs. The place was extremely clean, and very cosy. We were very central between St Ives and Newquay which made it really easy for us to visit both places. There was fresh milk in the fridge upon arrival, tea, coffee and sugar. We will definitely visit again!

Five stars in every respect. A beautiful property, tastefully decorated with high end fixtures and fittings. Comfiest corner sofa I have ever sat on in the cosy living room with the bonus of a log burner, beautiful kitchen with everything you could need (loved the handles), firm beds with top quality bedding and bed linen, hot powerful showers, everything spotlessly clean. Great WiFi. Great layout with a bedroom and bathroom at each end of the property giving privacy if needed. Lovely big garden which the dogs loved as well as access to all the surrounding woodland. Felt very safe and private. In a super spot within easy reach of south and north coasts so we visited both. Great comms throughout. Got to be one of the best Air B&Bs we’ve stayed at. We were here for five days over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The flat had been decorated with a Christmas tree and a hamper had been thoughtfully left for us full of Christmas biscuits. The flat is very tastefully furnished and is well appointed with an immaculate decorated order throughout. The location for exploring both north and south Cornish beaches is ideal; we will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Flat 1. The place was beautifully appointed and had everything we needed. Very quiet location nestled in 30 acres of gorgeous flora. Sara and the team were very responsive and made us feel at home! Will definitely return.

Extremely high quality accommodation, well laid out for two couples giving a common area but laid out to give you your own privacy. Extremely peaceful and quiet in the countryside but close enough to the A30 to easily explore Cornwall. Everything was of an extremely high quality with an amazing attention to detail.
