We had a great stay! We loved being by the river. My son loved going down to the beach and picking up shells! The patio was gorgeous, and we had beautiful weather. The queen bed is very low to the ground, so it may not be a good choice for people with mobility issues. The family we were visiting mentioned that the city is trying to revitalize the area. The building is gated with a code, and we felt safe. We cooked some in the kitchen and had everything we needed. I’d suggest getting bottled water, the area’s water quality is not great. Overall we loved our stay and hope to be back!

Second time staying. Diane has a quick response and very good instructions on getting inside the place. Clean and comfortable beds. Very great view and access to the river. Great fishing off the dock. I will be back to visit sping time.

My family of 3 stayed here for the first time and it was great. Very convenient to have the beach area so close and be able to walk back to the house for rest/lunch whenever you want! Overall a great stay, beautiful view and very comfortable house.
