Had a wonderful stay at Sophia’s. Location couldn’t get any better, right in the heart of Surfers Paradise but away from the noise. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, shops and the beach! The pool and hot tub were amazing, never too crowded. The room is right by the lift, yet couldn’t hear a peep from outside the room. View on the balcony is great. Great amenities in the room. Bathroom is amazing! Laundry on level 2 is perfect. No need for coins, can pay pass to use both washer and dryer. Plenty of machines. I stupidly locked my mobile phone in the room after checking out at 3am, reception were amazing and helped me get back in the room. Sophia was incredibly attentive to all my queries. Apologies for not washing two plates and leaving one trash bag in the room. We were rushing! We will most definitely be back.

Sophia was a very responsive host. Great communication. The room has everything you need for a short stay. Close to the beach and town.
