The place was wonderful. Very peaceful. I would stay there again but the heat did not work. It as very cold in there. Vacasa rentals were quick to get someone out. But was never resolved. I still have not hear back from them after being on the phone numerous times and told I’d hear from someone in the next 24hrs. This started on Sunday.

This cabin made an excellent home base for a few days of exploring the Mendocino/Sonoma coast! It was cozy, clean, and comfortable, and decently stocked with the essentials. The local Vacasa team was great about communicating - I got a call the morning we were to check in letting me know that there was a problem with the central heating, but that space heaters had been left in every room. Between those and the wood stove in the living room, we were perfectly warm, but I appreciated being given a heads up. The only potential downside to the space is that the stairs up to the bedrooms are quite steep and narrow. We eventually got used to them (though 2am trips downstairs to the bathroom were scary), but people with mobility issues might find them challenging.

pretty house gorgeous surroundings in the forest vibes and right next to the ocean love how private it was kinda only down side about the house is that the heater didn’t work so it was very cold but that was about it i would recommend this place
