Beautiful place, but communication between the host and house owner can be slow. There are also several leaks in the ceiling noticed when there was hard rain. 3 out of 4 bedrooms had wet spots on the bed, the living room also had a leak; luckily there is a washer/dryer onsite. The local gardener and house caretaker are helpful and easy to communicate with. Ultimately we had a good time in Montego Bay and had no issue staying-in as opposed to going out.

The Villa itself is in an ideal location and decently appointed. The check-in experience needs to be improved. They have you contact an on-site manager who was unresponsive to me, and seemed surprised when I called him. He did not seem to be aware of my arrival, did not reach out in advance before I arrived, and actually asked me what the address was before it was provided to me. The AC in the master bedroom also did not work when I was there. Overall still an ok place to stay.

the host Fena and O was very polite and helpful. they reassured us that we would be safe and that we were very comforting. The house was beautiful and nice and clean. The chef they recommended Chef Sean Poo was amazing. He cooked great tasting meals. I just loved everything about it. I would definitely recommend Yanceylargo Villa to anyone who's traveling Jamaica

What a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The stay met all of our needs. The Butler Mr. Short Boss very accommodating. The house was beautiful inside and out. There’s always small improvements that could be made. The bathrooms were a little outdated but clean, I wished we had more towels/rags & toilet tissue. The rooms were beautiful each room has its own bathroom which is a plus but a few of our tvs werent working or remotes couldnt be found, as well as remotes for the ac’s. The pool was huge but it definitely needs to be drained & cleaned. We only got in once, stayed on the shallow end b/c it was cleaner. The deeper end was so green u couldnt see through it. This place offered transportation; BUT work on finding your own. Dwayne DTOURS -was nice but I felt he was a cash grab. Charging $30 to take us 4 minutes down the road & trying to tell us what time we needed to leave from places we’re paying him/staff to take us. Look for someone who can do a package deal instead of penny pinching.
