Great safe location, building security and amenities were wonderful from the free coffee in the lobby to the pool overlooking the river walk. The apartment was clean and had everything necessary to make our stay worry free; tmi but the toilet paper was the kind we use in our own home; not some cheap gas station paper; small detail that makes a big difference 😆. I would definitely stay here again.

We would rate this stay higher than a 5 if we coiuld. Richie was very ressponsive and accomadating. It started before we even left home. I sent him a message asking if there happened to be 2 folding camping chairs, as we were going to watch the eclipse. He said he could probably locate some and sure enough there were 2 brand new chairs when we got there. He also went out of his way to bring us pool towels while we were there. The building and locatipon was perfect for us. It is a bit of a walk to the main riverwalk area, but it was much more peaceful and relaxing, especially on the rooftop terrace. A stop for the Riverwalk shuttle is right across the river and we used that multiple times. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend this property to anybody. We will definetly stay there if we are ever back in San Antonio.

Best way to describe overall experience, felt right at home. Seamless and very easy check-in, clean and comfortable space, and great location. I am always very appreciative of the quick response and check-ins throughout the stay. This area felt safe, quiet, and walkable to all notable attractions/restaurants/nightlife. Always a steal to stay at one of Richie's listings.
