Location: Perfect! It was near everything, yet very quiet and peaceful. I'm not sure we could have asked for a better location! Apartment: It had everything that was listed in the AirBnB ad and everything was in working order. It was very clean and nicely decorated. We were impressed with how nice it was. Issues: We did have a small communication issue. We did book the day before, however we made sure to book an instant book due to the short timeframe. Our host did not respond with the enter instructions, despite reaching out to her (AirBnB messages, a phone call and text message). As a result, at the check in time we were at the AirBnB and could not get into the place. I reached out to AirBnB via phone who then called our host and within a couple of minutes she called back and sent the instructions. Overall it was a minor issue, but one I think that needs to be noted. She was quite nice regarding the situation and it wasn't really a large delay or inconvenience.

Good location. Very cozy place. At one moment I felt that this can be my home.

My stay was great.The place was like in a heart of Zermatt.Easily to get lot of attractions.
