The home is very clean and had all the needed amenities. The beds were very comfortable. The location on the water is beautiful. They did provide some coffee pods for the Keurig, but bring extra if you have a lot of coffee drinkers.

Mark and Kate's place was EXTREMELY clean. The beds were SO comfortable, and the decor was uncluttered and beautiful. The deck off the primary was a great space. Bring Keurig pods and a wine opener, if needed. There was a large dog crate in the primary closet which was so helpful! We didn't need to leave the dog in the car while away. The dock and the deck are the BEST! we spent most of our time there on the river. It was so great to have our kayaks and paddle boards right at the river's edge. The hot tub is definitely a great bonus! As other's have mentioned, there is a caretaker living in an RV right outside the entrance to the unit, so it does feel a bit like a shared space at times. Not a deal breaker for us, though.

This is a wonderful home for a large family or a group. There is plenty of space to relax. The location of the house is beautiful and peaceful. Watching the sunset on the river from the balcony or dock is the best! The other reviews are accurate. There are not a lot of amenities in the unit which made it harder to get comfortable. Bring your own kitchen items. There is a Keurig (with no pods) and a French press for coffee. Also, as stated in the description and other reviews, there is a person that lives in a RV I don’t next to the main entrance. It wasn’t a problem for us but it did remind you that the home isn’t necessarily private. We really did enjoy our stay. Our favorite part, the primary bedroom. It was spacious and the bed was so comfortable.

The home is very cute and located on beautiful property. Our mornings and evenings were spent on the deck enjoying the views and nature. We loved the deer and fawns that would come into the yard each day. The home was cute and a great place to stay. The bunk bed in the spare bedroom moves a bit and seems loose, but my boys are older and it was ok. Mary and Kate were very responsive when a situation arose that was unexpected and worked with us. It is a cute area.

We had a beautiful stay! The location was perfect and the neighborhood super quiet. Long summer evening sitting by the river chatting to folks floating by! The house was quiet and clean. Kitchen was well equipped but bring your own oil/sugar/foil etc (and chopping knives). Thanks so much for having us!
